Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by French Dairy Corporate Services (FDCS), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Provided

FDCS provides the following services:

• Web development and design services
• Mobile application development
• E-commerce platform development
• Website hosting and maintenance
• Digital marketing solutions
• Restaurant and business consulting

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Final 50% due upon project completion
• Monthly hosting fees are billed in advance
• All payments are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
• Late payments may incur additional charges

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback response time, and scope changes. We commit to delivering quality work within reasonable timeframes.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive:

• Full ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project
• Rights to use all content provided by the client
• License to use third-party libraries and frameworks

FDCS retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely content
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Ensuring legal compliance of their content
• Maintaining backup of their data
• Prompt payment according to agreed terms

7. Limitation of Liability

FDCS's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance and backup systems.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due, and completed work will be delivered upon full payment.

9. Warranty and Support

We provide a 30-day warranty on all development work for bug fixes and functionality issues. Ongoing support and maintenance are available through our hosting packages or separate agreements.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
